Shipping Policy

Lagos and other States-

In general, all orders placed before 11:59 PM on Sunday will ship the following week on Tuesday.  

Orders placed by 11:59PM on Tuesday will ship on Thursday.

Orders placed by 11:59PM on Thursday will ship on Saturday.

Abuja/Kaduna/Kano-

In general all orders placed before 11:59PM on Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Orders placed by 11:59PM on Tuesday will ship out Wednesday.

Orders placed by 11:59PM on Thursday will ship out on Friday.

Delivery by a specified date is not guaranteed, but we do our best to keep you updated when unforeseen circumstances occur.
Shipping information will be sent out via email once your order has dispatched from our facility.

Once your order has shipped out, it is now in the carrier's hands. We will update you via our social media page, as the shipping commences. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages.

Please make sure to enter in the correct shipping address as our products are perishable and there are no refunds if you got the address wrong. Feel free to email mettakitchencafe@gmail.com with any additional questions (after reading the rest of the FAQ, of course)

There is a possibility your order will ship earlier than expected so please use an address in which the order can be received at any time.

All orders are shipped via Air Cargo/Interstate Bus and arrive the same day shipped out.
